Printing of medical devices
The company BOVI-RENA deals with pad printing for industry. Pad printing is characterized by a large number of pieces in the series. We can provide printing of small or miniature parts, as well as larger components in the medical or automotive industry.
18 planar and 9 rotary printing machines
A sufficiently large capacity is provided by the technical equipment of the printing department, which has 18 planar and 9 rotary printing machines.
Pad printing
With the help of pad printing, it is possible to print materials of both natural and synthetic origin: wood, metal, glass, ceramics, plastic materials, varnished surfaces.
It is especially suitable for shaped parts that cannot flat-printed or are unprintable. Flat parts can be printed efficiently in this way.
Assembly processes
Final inspections
After completing the lancing devices, 100% inspection by quality tester is done. Subsequently, the final inspection, packaging, preparation of accompanying documentation and dispatch are carried out.
